I help people in transition or crisis regain control over their family life and empower them to make decisions of legal significance. I provide mediation and collaborative services to separating and divorcing people. Starting in early 2010 I am offering co-mediation services.
I work with people in relationships: partner to partner, married or not; parent to parent; parent to child; owner to property; earner to income.
My goal is to help my clients through the legal system, from start to finish, so they land on their feet, intact emotionally and financially, with a liveable solution.
I start by becoming acquainted with my clients' values and goals. Then I educate them about the law and the legal process. Once they have all the information they need, I help them create options for settlement. Through the discussion of these options, I help my clients negotiate the most acceptable result.
